Pagination - An ISO 8601 timestamp to start paginating from. This is based on the latest buyer activity for the RFQ and you will start with RFQs updated AFTER the given timestamp. This should not be used in conjunction with page[seek]. This is intended to find a starting point "one time" for your integration.
